The Wallbox integrates a LED system that reflects its charging activity, communicates its status, and reports eventual errors. The colour-coding has been defined to be easy to understand, and intuitive, making LED troubleshooting simple. The LED halo is easily recognizable on the facade of your Wallbox.
General Signals |
Meaning |
Turquoise (LED Blinking)
|
Scheduled charge is ready Your scheduled charging session is ready. Simply plug in the connector to your vehicle to begin charging. |
Dark blue (LED blinking slowly)
|
Charge is in progress. Your vehicle is connected, and the charging session has begun. Once complete, the LED will turn turquoise. |
Yellow
|
Charger locked The charger is locked and needs to be unlocked to start charging. Only authorized users can unlock it. If auto-lock is enabled, the charger will lock after a few seconds of inactivity. For more details on the locking system, refer to this article. |
Green (blinking movement)
|
Initialisation Your charger has been initialized and is powered ON. The green LED will soon stop blinking and remain still once the initialization process is finished. |

Ready Your charger is powered on and ready to use. The LED will remain green until you connect your vehicle or turn your charger off. |

Red (LED remains ON for 30 seconds)![]() |
Secondaries error - Secondaries chargers are misconfigured If your charger uses Power Sharing and the LED turns red for 30 seconds, it means the Secondary chargers are misconfigured. Refer to the Power Sharing or EMS Installation guide for setup instructions. If the issue persists, use the Troubleshooting section in the chatbot or contact Wallbox Customer Service for help. |
Green/White/Turquoise (flashing alternatively)![]() |
Stand-alone error - Primary charger is misconfigured Your charger couldn’t pair with the Secondary chargers in your Power Sharing system. Unlike the "Secondary charger not paired" error, this issue comes from the Primary charger. Refer to the Power Sharing or EMS Installation guide for correct setup. If the problem continues, use the Troubleshooting section in the chatbot or contact Wallbox Customer Service. |
Turquoise (LED Blinking)![]() |
Power boost error - Waiting for power Your EV is waiting for power availability and will start charging once enough power is available from the grid.
