    Will brings over 20 years of experience in designing and delivering technical training, including senior roles in the British Army where he led large-scale training programs for complex communication systems. His background ensures every CORE training session is practical, structured, and focused on real-world application.

How much does the course cost?

How long will the course take?

The online modules are self-paced, so you can complete them anytime. It could take anywhere between 3-5 hours to complete.

In-person and webinar sessions are half-day events (3 to 4 hours).

Do I need any prior experience?

No. This course is designed for both new contractors and experienced installers looking to upskill.

As long as you’re a licensed electrician and know your trade, you’ll understand everything we cover.

Will I get a certificate?

Yes! After completing the modules and assessments, you’ll receive a JET Charge CORE Training Certificate to show your customers.

What if I can’t attend in person?

No problem. You can join a webinar or complete the modules online at your own pace.

When do the sessions start?

Online modules open early January. In-person and webinar sessions are scheduled for 29 Jan, 26 Feb, and 26 Mar. They will likely start at 11 AM on each day.

Where are the in-person sessions held?

Our January and March sessions will be at the JET Charge Melbourne office (Port Melbourne), and the February session will be at our Sydney office (North Ryde).
