CORE Basic | EV Load Management System

JET Charge CORE Basic provides static EV load management. It optimises EV charging operations whilst maintaining electrical safety at individual distribution boards. It is easy to install and highly reliable for businesses or multi-unit residential buildings.

CORE Basic can control the EV charging load at one zone. If you require a load management solution that controls the load at multiple zones within the site electrical infrastructure, please see JET Charge CORE Mini.

CORE Basic must be installed within 3m of the distribution board it is load controlling. CORE Basic comes with an external 4G modem and SIM, an in-built power meter and CTs. Note that the CTs are rated for up to 250A. If the load exceeds this limit, we recommended selecting the JET Charge CORE Mini.

Included in the cost of the CORE Basic is design feedback from our Engineering Services team. Upon purchasing the CORE Basic you will receive instructions on how you can engage our Engineering Services team to provide feedback on the inclusion of the JET Charge CORE Basic in your EV charging project. If you wish to receive product requirements and design support prior to purchasing, please make contact with our Sales team.

CORE Basic is commissioned via JET Charge’s cloud platform, Illuminate. You will receive access to this platform for commissioning purposes once you have purchased the CORE Basic. 

The load management service requires a $100 ex GST per port per year subscription. The first year subscription is included in the purchase of any chargers that are being connected to the JET Charge CORE. After that, annual subscriptions will be billed directly to your client once they have setup an account with JET Charge.

When purchasing the CORE Basic , we require you to provide your client’s contact information so that we can gain agreement to the CORE Subscription Terms. Please provide these terms to your customer as part of your installation quote and proposal.
