Accessories (e.g., charging cable): 2 years from installation (or 3 years from manufacturing date).

Additional Accessories (e.g., pole, cart): 1 year from installation (or 2 years from manufacturing date).

Coverage Includes:

  • Free repair or replacement for defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Replacement may be new or refurbished, at Sungrow's discretion, and might differ slightly in size or specifications.
  • Warranty remains valid for the original purchaser or subsequent owner with proof of purchase.

Exclusions:

  • Installation errors, misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow safety guidelines.
  • External damages (e.g., lightning, overvoltage, or physical impacts).
  • Cosmetic flaws that don't impact functionality.
  • Transportation damage or insufficient ventilation of the charger.

Claim Process for Installers:

Register Warranty: Must be registered online within one month of installation at Sungrow Warranty Portal.

File a Claim: In case of faults, installers should lodge a claim via the same portal, including proof of purchase, installation reports, and a detailed description of the issue.

Support Details: Installers are responsible for initial troubleshooting and contacting Sungrow if the issue persists.
