Electrical Design & Drawing Creation - AC Charging System

What's Included:

• Project Functional Brief and Scope of Works.
• Attend up to two virtual meetings for kick off and review
• Concept drawing to communicate the locations of chargers, spatial and power requirements.
• Shop drawings in relation to EV charging system includes incorporating two set of client comments.
• Electrical general arrangement layouts of EV Charging Stations.
• Design calculations using professional software to demonstrate compliance to AS3000.
• Protection Studies including breaker sizes and settings relating to EV charging infrastructure.
• Electrical and communication schematic for the EV Charging System design - to be incorporated into existing building electrical service design.
• Design coordination with other Service Providers including scanning and penetration details.
• Physical barriers design including bollards, wheel stops and guardrails where required.
• Site Reticulation Plan including Cable Tray/Surface conduits layouts.
• Civil Work design including trench sizes and conduit layouts and pits for Electrical and communications cables.
• Typical installation details including AC cable termination and base plate Installation detail.
• Cable schedule
• Engineering review of new EV charging switchboard from Manufacturer (if concept design deems EV-DB necessary).
• Design Management with all Stakeholders.
• Earthing Design (Simulation for large jobs) and bonding requirements.
  

What are the Exclusions: 

• Power authority liaison and applications. Power authority disbursement fees are excluded from this quotation.
• Structural reviews.

• Civil/ Structural Engineering Design, Reviews & Certification.
• Data logging
• 3D modelling or REVIT.
• Design and documentation of other services i.e. lighting, general power, security, hydraulic, fire, site survey and inground services survey.

• Additional services, such as Fire safety, underground service locations / scanning etc
• Fire engineering solution.
• Transformer infrastructure costs (e.g.: concrete footing, HV conduits to property boundary, etc)
