Warranty Duration:

EV Charger: 3 years from installation date (or 4 years from manufacturing date, whichever comes first).

Accessories (e.g., charging cable): 2 years from installation (or 3 years from manufacturing date).

Additional Accessories (e.g., pole, cart): 1 year from installation (or 2 years from manufacturing date).

Coverage Includes:

Free repair or replacement for defects in materials or workmanship.
Replacement may be new or refurbished, at Sungrow's discretion, and might differ slightly in size or specifications.
Warranty remains valid for the original purchaser or subsequent owner with proof of purchase.

Exclusions:

Installation errors, misuse, improper storage, or failure to follow safety guidelines.
External damages (e.g., lightning, overvoltage, or physical impacts).
Cosmetic flaws that don't impact functionality.
Transportation damage or insufficient ventilation of the charger.

Claim Process for Installers:

Register Warranty: Must be registered online within one month of installation at Sungrow Warranty Portal.

File a Claim: In case of faults, installers should lodge a claim via the same portal, including proof of purchase, installation reports, and a detailed description of the issue.

Support Details: Installers are responsible for initial troubleshooting and contacting Sungrow if the issue persists.

Shipping

Pedestal, Trolley and DC Charger orders are shipped via tail-lift truck for secure delivery. This means a special delivery service needs to be booked. We aim to deliver your pedestal within the standard 2 business days dispatch promise; however, please allow extra time for service booking and courier collection from our warehouse.
